I'm also one of your "webmates" in BaW08.
What a wonderful blog! I just finished viewing the slide show: very engaging! It reminded me of end-of-session receptions at the IEP at Arizona State University, where I worked for a number of years. My favorite photos were the one with the Korean female pretending to hit the young Arab man (What an expression he had!), the one with someone holding a plate of dolmadhes / sarma (I'm hungry!), and the one of the two young women wearing what looked like Romanian or Ukrainian blouses (brought back memories of me wearing my rubashka).
Now I'm going to take a look at other parts of this wonderful blog!
